On December 21, 2005, 19 year old Darryl Hamm and others had just left Club Beyond and were driving on 17th Avenue when a second vehicle pulled next to them. An unknown suspect(s) in the second vehicle fired at Darryl's vehicle and struck him. Darryl later died as a result of the gunshot wound.
