About this Case:
On July 22, 2006, officers responded to West 1st Avenue at Osceola Street on a report of a shooting. Jorge and friends had just left McDonald's when they noticed they were being chased by a SUV. Jorge was the passenger in the vehicle that was shot at by a group of unknown(s) from the SUV. He was struck by the gunfire and transported to the hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries.
