63 year old William Galbreath was last seen by family members on April 17, 2007. William had recently moved from Iowa and did not have many friends in the area but was known to speak with numerous females. On April 20, 2007, officers responded to a motel located on the 1400 block of Oneida Street. Upon arrival, they found William deceased in his motel room. He had been strangled to death.
