About this Case:
On December 22, 1974, 42 year old Alfred Freyta was found on the 2300 block of California Street, he had been involved in a possible traffic accident. Mr. Freyta was immediately transported to a local hospital where it was discovered he had sustained a gunshot wound to his torso. In spite of the efforts made by medical personnel, Mr. Freyta did not survive his injuries. Mr. Freyta was part of the White Mountain Apache Tribe.
