On August 1, 2004, 22 year old Ronald Delaney was walking with his friend when they were approached by a few men. One of these men confronted them and shots were fired. Both Ronald and his friend were shot and the suspects fled in an unknown direction by unknown means. They were both transported to the hospital where Ronald died as a result of his injuries.
