On December 3, 1993, Denver Police Officers were called to an abandoned house located on the 1500 block of Xanthia Street, on a report of a dead person. During the course of the investigation, it was determined the victim was 38 year old Jeffrey Carter. He had sustained a sharp force injury and had been dead for several days prior to discovery.
