About this Case:
The victim was driving north on Santa Fe Drive attempting to merge onto Interstate 25 when he became invoveled in a traffic altercation with a second vehicle that was traveling in the same direction. The driver of the second vehicle subsequently pulled alongside of the victim's vehicle, fired into the victim's vehicle and then sped off.
