About this Case:
On June 24, 2004, officers were called to the 1000 block of Logan Street on a report of shots fired and a party down. Upon arrival, the officers located 25 year old Lamar Brown suffering from a gunshot wound. The investigation found that Lamar had driven his vehicle into the alley and as he exited the vehicle, he became involved in an altercation with another unknown suspect.
