On March 3, 2010, the Colorado Springs Police Department was notified of a disturbance at the Union Station Lounge in Colorado Springs. Officers found the disturbance had moved to the parking lot, where they discovered 34 year old Tyrone Lyles had been struck by a car. He was pronounced dead by paramedics on scene.
