On February 10, 2007, 46 year old Eusebio Barboza-Agular and his son were leaving their house for work when they were approached by an unknown male. Mr. Barboza-Agular and the suspect exchanged words of an unknown nature and then the suspect shot Mr. Barboza-Agular several times.
