25 year old Kathleen Salamat-Baldwin lived in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. A friend of Kathleen's became concerned after several failed attempts were made to reach her at her apartment. As a result, the manager of the apartment complex went to check on Kathleen's welfare where she was found deceased inside of her residence. She had been stabbed to death.
