About this Case:

Jason Auguillard and his friends left a local bar and grill just prior to closing. While Jason Auguillard drove in the area of E. Leetsdale Avenue and S. Monaco Parkway, he was shot at by an unknown occupant in another vehicle that was traveling in the same direction. A Denver Police patrol officer was nearby and not only heard the gunshots, but also observed Jason Augillard's car come to rest at E. Leetsdale and S. Niagara Street. An ambulance was immediately called to the scene and Jason Auguillard was transported to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, Jason Auguillard died a short time after arriving at the hospital.
