About this Case:

On December 25, 2004, human remains were discovered in the FG Lateral canal near Olathe, Colorado. The partially decomposed remains were examined by the Montrose County Coroner's Office and the cause of death was determined to be homicide. The remains were later identified as Gerardo Garcia-Miranda, a missing person. Garcia-Miranda had been reported missing on September 9, 2004 by his employer. Garcia-Miranda's two roommates were identified as persons of interest in the case but interviews with both men revealed no further information.
