On September 8, 1995, officers responded to the 2600 block of Federal Boulevard on a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, 23 year old Lesley Youngdog was located suffering from a stab wound. He was taken to the hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries. Lesley Youngdog was a member of the Lakota Tribe.
