About this Case:
On the evening of August 24, 1984, 35 year old Don Tuming was confronted by a group of unknown suspects near the Empress Theater. During the attack, Don Tuming was not only robbed, but severely beaten. He was immediately transported to a local hospital where his condition was listed as critical. Nearly four months later, Don Tuming died as a result of the injuries he sustained in the assault.
