On October 7, 1991, Denver Police Officers responded to the location of E 38th Avenue and Hudson Street on a motor vehicle accident involving a vehicle that had struck a building. Upon arrival, the officers discovered that 30 year old Eric Skinner had been shot. Mr. Skinner was taken to the hospital where he later died of his injuries.
