About this Case:
On August 7, 2003, Maria and her 3 year old daughter Wendy were attempting to flee from an unknown suspect who was chasing them in a vehicle. In an effort to escape, they ran into a nearby alley. The suspect, however, followed them into the alley and struck them with his vehicle. The suspect again drove through the alley and stuck them again with the vehicle.
