The Arriba-Flagler CSD #20 requests your input regarding the activities or programs in which your child would be interested as they are considering the 4-day week school calendar. In the community meeting held 3/29/18, we discussed a Friday school opportunity in which students could attend mornings for academic intervention and afternoons for enrichment activities, with transportation provided. This survey is designed to obtain your child's interest/needs for the enrichment activities and allows us to gauge interest and plan programs. Older students can take the survey themselves, we just ask that parents are involved in reviewing their responses.
Please make sure that the survey is completed for each of your children in PreK-11th grades (we know how different siblings can be!) and that their names are identified on the survey. The Board of Education will be reviewing survey results at the next board meeting scheduled on April 19 (this is a change due to unforeseen conflicts). Please return/complete the survey by April 16.
