About the District

Tabernash Meadows Water and Sanitation District is a government entity which provides water and sewer services to Pole Creek Valley, Lakeside at Pole Creek Townhomes, and Coyote Creek Townhomes.  The District also provides sewer service to the Old Town of Tabernash.  Tabernash Meadows Water and Sanitation District is funded through mill levees, service fees, and the sale of water and sewer taps.  The District is governed by a Board of Directors elected by people residing in the district.

Emergency Response

In the event of a water or wastewater emergency, contact
(970) 531-1945 for 24-hour emergency response.  

NOTE:  The District is responsible for maintenance and operation of the water distribution and wastewater collection mains.  Resident and property owners are responsible for their service lines connecting building structures to the mains.
