PLEASE NOTE: The Board will not accept any filings by e-mail. If you wish to file an appeal, it must be sent, hand-delivered or faxed (if the fax is NO MORE THAN 6 pages) to the address or fax number listed above. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All faxes must be received by 5:00 p.m. or they will be date-stamped for the following day.
