Boat Rental or Leasing: owner must register and pay fees for each individual boat: $25.25/boat for under 20 feet. $30.25/boat for 20 feet to 30 feet $50.25/boat for 30 feet and greater.

Any boat owner with a motor or sail operated in Colorado on any public waters must be registered with Colorado State Parks.
