Program and Course Approval Forms must be submitted at least two months prior to anticipated implementation date.

All professional personnel employed by private occupational schools must have a current, valid Occupational Credential. The initial credential will be issued for a five-year period.

Must print catalogue and enrollment agreement and file with Division.
Licensing is required for both the operation of an occupational school in Colorado and for recruiting within Colorado for ANY occupational school regardless of the school's locations.
