Audiologist, clinical fellow, hearing aid provider, and hearing aid provider trainee must register. Application forms are available on line. There are education and professional certification requirements.

Consumers have 30 calendar-days after receiving a hearing aid to request a refund. Dealers must also comply with the Colorado Consumer Protection Act enforced by Attorney General's office.
