Princeton Cir Denver , CO   80236 (303)866-7400 Fax: (303)866-7481	The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division licenses programs if 60% or more of clients have an alcohol or drug abuse diagnosis. The license is optional unless the program wants to take court-committed clients or receive state funding. Application fee is $200 for a 3-year license. Licensed providers must notify ADAD when adding or closing treatment sites.

Required courses: basic counseling skills (5 days-40 hours) client record management (3 days-24 hours) $200 for Original Certification Application
