A CONFIDENTIAL INTERMEDIARY: A person who is authorized to inspect confidential relinquishment and adoption records at the request of an adult adoptee, adoptive parent, biological parent or biological sibling. CCIS is a non-profit organization administering Colorado's Confidential Intermediary program Must be 21 years old or older and must complete training course approved by the Adoption Intermediary Commission. List of trained confidential intermediaries will be maintained by Judicial Department.
