Food vendor license $65/yr to $400/yr, depending on sales volume. Have to have copy of all flyers and customer receipts.

Vendors may use an approved ice chest to transport and store prepackaged potentially hazardous foods, as long as the foods for sale are maintained at an approved safe temperature.

HOWEVER, vendor must still obtain a state wholesale sales tax license. If operating in a county or state collected city that taxes food for home consumption, vendor must obtain retail sales tax license.
Local
Local Licensing Authorities	Vendors must comply with all local licensing and regualtion requirements with every local government where they operate, including compliance with local zoning, peddler permits, business licenses and/or local sales tax licensing.
