Under Colorado law, the only Casino Games which may be played in Colorado are poker, blackjack (21), and slot machines, craps and roulette.
Applications for approval of new table game variations may be submitted to the Division. The application fee is $2,000 and is non-refundable.

| OPERATOR license for owner of slot machines. |
| RETAILER license for operator of limited gaming establishment. |
| SUPPORT STAFF license for dealers, counter help, shills (someone hired to play on behalf of the establishment) cashiers and staff having contact with the gaming aspects of the business. |
| KEY EMPLOYEES license for employees having supervisory responsibilities |
| MANUFACTURER/DISTRIBUTOR license for businesses involved in the manufacture of gaming devices and paraphernalia. |

DISTRIBUTOR license for businesses involved in the sale and distribution of gaming devices and paraphernalia.
