Costs approximately $500. Link: http://www.cdphe.state.co.us/cp/wholesalefood/WFFAQs.html Bottling room and bottle washing room must be self-contained and meet Dept.'s requirements. FDA labeling requirements apply and are enforced through the Colorado Pure Food and Drug Act. Finished product must be tested annually. Firms hauling water to a facility separate from their water source must follow Water Quality Control Division guidelines for hauling water.
