Participating Jurisdictions
GEO offers matching funding for the implementation of the Insulate Colorado program to all interested Colorado cities and counties. Matching grant applications are now being accepted from local governments interested in providing this rebate to their residents. The grant application can be found on the Partnership Opportunities page of this website.
