Clean Energy Development Authority
Colorado has an interest and role in ensuring that renewable energy and transmission projects in Colorado progress in a timely manner. The Clean Energy Development Authority (CEDA) was established by the legislature in 2007 to help facilitate this development. GEO’s Director, Tom Plant, is the Chair of the Authority.

- Jeffrey Nathanson, appointed by the Speaker of the House
- Lola Spradley, appointed by the Minority Leader of the House
- Joel Bladow, appointed by the Minority Leader of the Senate
Next Meeting:
CEDA is currently working to remedy statutory language that limits its ability to finance projects. CEDA meetings are expected to be less frequent until a remedy is achieved. Contact Morey Wolfson at Morey.Wolfson@state.co.us to be added to the CEDA distribution list.
