Green Jobs Resources
The term “Green Jobs” has been used to describe wide-ranging fields and occupations. The Governor’s Energy Office (GEO) applies the term to those positions of direct employment in a firm or organization that is involved in energy efficiency or renewable energy.
Both energy efficiency and renewable energy occupations require a broad range of skills, experience, and education and offer varying salaries. More information about green job profiles and green education resources are provided in this section.
