Attention Xcel Energy Gas Customers: Xcel Energy’s Insulate Colorado Program is now open to ALL Xcel Energy gas customers for installations between 1/1/09 and 12/31/10. Xcel Energy gas customers should download the Xcel Energy Gas Customer Rebate Form (PDF 105 KB), and submit the required paperwork directly to Xcel Energy for processing and payment.

Attention Atmos Energy, Source Gas and Colorado Natural Gas Customers: Atmos Energy, Source Gas and Colorado Natural Gas (CNG) offer the Insulate Colorado Program to gas customers for installations as of 1/1/09. Customers of these gas utilities should download the Gas Customer Rebate Form (PDF 1.4 MB), and submit the required paperwork directly to the listed address for processing and payment.

The Governor’s Energy Office (GEO) Insulate Colorado Program: Below is a list of participating jurisdictions in the GEO’s Insulate Colorado Program. These are for non-Xcel Energy, Source Gas, Atmos Energy, and CNG gas customers. Included is the contact information for the program administrator and the corresponding rebate form.
