The Governor’s Energy Office (GEO) is actively developing energy efficiency and renewable energy programs for new residential contraction. The GEO works closely with local jurisdictions and homebuilders throughout Colorado to encourage implementation of ENERGY STAR New Homes programs, Built Green Colorado High Performance Homes, and financing options for the installation of renewable energy technologies.
