The GEO's Partnership Opportunities Section - All of the GEO's grants and program partnership opportunities are posted in the Partnership Opportunities Section when available.
Energy Related Federal Tax Incentives - This section includes summaries of the energy related components of the 2008 Emergency Economic Stabilization Act and the 2008 Farm Bill.
The Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency - A comprehensive list of incentives by state. Includes Federal, State and Local incentives.
The U.S. Department of Energy's Alternative Fuels Data Center : Colorado Incentives & Laws - A list of Colorado incentives and laws for alternative fuels.
Small Scale Hydro Incentives
- The Colorado Resources and Power Development Authority - Offers loans and feasibility study funding for small hydropower projects.
- The Colorado Water Conservation Board - Offers a Water Project Loan Program
- USDA Rural Development Grants - Offers grant funding for renewable energy projects in rural areas.
