New Construction
The Governor’s Energy Office (GEO) is actively developing energy efficiency and renewable energy programs for new residential contraction. GEO will be working closely with local jurisdictions and homebuilders throughout Colorado to encourage implementation of ENERGY STAR New Homes programs, Built Green Colorado High Performance Homes, Design Assistance services and financing options for the installation of renewable energy technologies.
