Setting of Hearings: The initial setting of hearings in southern Colorado (Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Alamosa) may still be conducted from the OAC web site (http://www.colorado.gov/dpa/OAC/WCset.htm).  When cases in these locations are set by using the OAC web site, notification must be sent to the Southern Regional Office by mail, FAX or e-mail (see below for the address, phone, FAX and e-mail of the Southern Regional Office). The Southern Regional Office will also administer resettings for hearings in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Alamosa. 

Parties may also use the current procedure for obtaining available regular hearing dates in the southern region by telephoning the Denver office at (303)720-1420. 

Cancellation of Hearings: If the parties agree to cancel a hearing for Colorado Springs, Pueblo, or Alamosa, they must call or fax the Southern Regional Office.

Filings: All filings for hearings in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Alamosa must be made in Colorado Springs.  Applications, responses to applications, motions and responses to motions in cases to be heard in the Southern Region must all be filed at the Southern Regional Office (refer to Division of Workers' Compensation Rules VIII.M.3, and VIII.D.2).
