Judges' Decisions

While there is no official site publishing workers’ compensation decisions of the administrative law judges, OAC publishes certain decisions that were entered during a given month.  Not all orders of the judges are published here.  Each decision here represents a judge’s Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order (FFCL).  Before publishing a judge’s FFCL, OAC redacts the caption page and other information that might otherwise disclose the identity of the claimant or employer in a given claim. 

 OAC does not publish other orders entered by its judges, such as procedural orders, disfigurement orders, or summary orders.
