As the
cabinet
department
responsible
for
all
of
the
State's
centralized
business
services,
including
the
state
personnel
system,
the
department's legislative
program includes
working
closely
with
the
Governor's
legislative
staff and other
state agencies, employee
organizations and
legislative groups in
developing coalitions on
issues of mutual concern.
In addition, the
office
publishes
Stateline, Colorado's
statewide employee
newsletter and all other
internal and external
departmental
communications,
and serves as
the
Department's
main point of
contact for all open
records requests along with
preparing press releases
and responding to all media
inquiries.
