Technology Management Unit
Billing Systems 

TMU supports the Division of Central Services and the Division of Information Technologies by providing development, implementation and enhancement of billing systems for services to state agencies. These systems interface with the state accounting system (COFRS), and provide billing and management reports. TMU also develops, implements and supports applications for the state's online procurement process; and, manages the database for the Online State Organizational and Employee Phone Books.

The Internal Systems Support team supports billing services for the following programs provided to state agencies by the Division of Central Services:

• Mail Services - various mailing and delivery services
• Design Center - art work and design
• Fleet Management - long term vehicle leasing
• Short Term Fleet - short term vehicle leasing
• Motor Pool - daily vehicle rental
• Copiers - small volume document copying
• Quick Copy - large volume document copying
• Print Shop - various types of printing
• Inventory - internal office supplies

• Long Distance - calling card, directory assistance, and long distance calling
• Equipment - monthly telephone service, voice mail, fax and data lines plus other special services
• Data Circuits - monthly service for frame relay and ATM circuits on the Multi-Use Network (MNT) and legacy analog and DDN circuits
