Data & Service Centers
The Data and Service Centers exist
to provide 24 hour, seven days a
week computer operations including
raised floor operations, call
handling, job scheduling,
mainframe and network monitoring,
after hours call support and
problem/change tracking.
The Service Center functions as
the first point of contact for the
customers of the Division of
Information Technologies and is
managed by Kathy Olivas. Its
purpose is to ensure the smooth
delivery of information services
to the customer in a timely
manner. A "Help Desk" function
allows this unit to work directly
with the customer when a need is
called in. You may contact the
DoIT Service Center to report any
issues with the State’s network,
mainframe operations, servers
housed or hosted on the DoIT
computer room floor, telephones
involving all (303) 866 extensions
for Capitol Complex/Fort Logan
lines, Capitol Complex and Fleet
Management emergency maintenance
and service issues from 5 PM to
7:30 AM weekdays, weekends, and
holidays. The DoIT Service Center
also handles after-hours calls for
CDHS.
