CD-144 Form
To
add or delete Local Government DTR radios or to change radio alias names in the
system, download the Excel spreadsheet RADIO
ADD-ON form and complete all required fields. When completed,
email to the DTR Monitor Team at webdtr@state.co.us.
For changes or to add State agency purchased DTR radios, complete the CD-144 State
form.
