Hereafter referred to as the "Owner" of the property described below, in consideration of the Owner’s interest in and for the work done by the Colorado State Archives to foster and promote the preservation and public use of historic material in and for the citizens of the State of Colorado, hereby give, transfers, and delivers all of the Owner’s right, title, and interest in and to the property described below, including all copyrights, both common law and statutory, which the Owner may possess in said property, to the Colorado State Archives as an unrestricted gift.
