These web pages have been added to our site or significantly modified to improve public access to Colorado's archival records:

  • Coming May, 2005! Searchable on-line database. We have been working on a database that will be searchable by name and by record type. We are loading the data which will include all of the indexes we now have on-line as well as many more. The database will be added onto as we get more records indexed.
     
  • December 28, 2004-Huerfano County Inheritance Tax Records 1910 - 1946

  • December 28, 2004-Logan County Inheritance Tax Record 1913 - 1942

  • December28, 2004-Dolores County Teacher Certificates Issued 1881 - 1923

  • September 30, 2004 - One of the more important documents in our repository is a report from the Department of Education collection called, "Granada Project, Amache, Colorado". This report discusses the educational program at the Japanese Internment Camp from 1942-1945. Included in this report is a list of teachers who taught at Amache. This list is now included on our on-line indexes.
     
  • August 24, 2004 - A listing of voter registrations from Arapahoe County 1893-1905 have now been added to the on-line indexes.
     
  • August 20, 2004 - Costilla County Poor Records. An index to the Costilla County Poor Records from 1890-1932 has been added on-line.
     
  • February 23, 2004 - We have posted a special site of watercolors done by Lily Havey who was interned at the Amache Camp during World War II.
     
  • January 7, 2004  -  The Moffat Tunnel webpage has been expanded and restructured to provide researchers with additional information about the records associated with the tunnel's construction and operation.
     
  • December 26, 2003  -  Available now for research are the Boulder County Old Age Pension  cases for the years 1933-1936. These were recently completed by one of our volunteers, Connie Ryan.
     
  • December 19, 2003 - A recently completed on-line index for the Mothers Compensation Cases from Boulder County (1914 - 1934) is now available for researchers to use.
