Logan County Inheritance Tax Record

The following index was compiled from the official record of
Inheritance Tax Records filed in the Logan
County, County Court during these years. The information
contained in the record generally shows the name of the estate, date
of filing, case number, name of the deceased, date of death, a
description of real and personal property, value of the estate, tax
liability due and names of next of kin.
An earnest effort was made to transcribe each name correctly.
However, some of the handwritten entries were hard to read, making
it difficult to ensure the spelling of a name is accurate. Please
check similar or closely spelled names as this may help you in your
search.
