This record reflects the official record of inheritance tax filings recorded by the
Garfield County - County Court for these years. The record is missing for the intervening
years. Information contained in the record may show the person’s name, address, date
of the filing, the amount of the estate, names of beneficiaries and applied taxes.
An earnest effort was made to transcribe each name correctly. However, due to the
variety of handwritings, it was difficult to ensure that the spelling of each name is
accurate. Please check similar or closely spelled names, this may help you in your search.
