"...On March 14, 1935 the first allocation of cotton had been utilized and a summary of the operations for that date discloses that; in the Denver factory approximately 1,250 relief workers had been employed, under a maximum daily complement of 263 and a minimum of 112, that approximately 144,625 hours of relief labor had been utilized at a cost of $90,375...The mattresses were completed and released to the Department of Commodity Distribution in the following quantities and at the respective costs shown..."
