Trademarks - Health Products

In the late 1800s and early 1900s many people came to Colorado for health reasons, especially for tuberculosis care. The relatively low population, dry air, numerous hot springs and pure water that existed here attracted health seekers from all over the world.  No matter what malady they were suffering from they wanted relief, which a carefully advertised concoction or mineral water could possibly provide them.
