SWAN HALL - TODDLERS COTTAGE #14

This one story brick cottage was built in 1924 to function as a nursery.  In 1948 the population at the State Home warranted a remodeling of the structure to specialize in children from 18 months to 3 years, the infant population was moved to the newly created Babyland Cottage.
