Constructed in 1923 at a cost of $24,795.14, Edbrooke Hall was built to house up to thirty four teenage girls.  Each floor of the structure is designed to hold seventeen children complete with sleeping rooms, a living room, bathroom facilities, kitchen, and Houseparents' quarters.
