Lincoln's Gettysburg Address Plaque

This plaque, made by the Sachs Lawlor Company, is located on the main west entrance to the capitol. In 1923, the Woman's Relief Corps of Colorado recognized President Lincoln's influential and powerful address of November 19, 1863 by dedicating this bronze plaque to the President and his Gettysburg Address.
